Crowdoscope Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all the products, services, websites and apps offered by Crowdoscope Ltd and Silverman Research Ltd, hereafter referred to as “Crowdoscope.” We refer to those products, services, websites and apps collectively as the “services” in this policy.

References to “data” in this Privacy Policy will refer to whatever data you use our services to collect, whether it be survey responses, data collected in a form, or data uploaded on a website hosted by us. Reference to personal information means information about you personally that we collect or for which we act as custodian.

Administrators: You hold an account within Crowdoscope and you either directly create surveys, forms, applications, or questionnaires or you are collaborating on, or reviewing questionnaires within an account.

Website Visitor: You are just visiting one of our websites or have completed a contact form on one of our websites.

In general survey responses to Crowdoscope’s are controlled and managed by the Administrator (the person who sent or deployed that survey). In those instances Crowdoscope is only processing those responses on behalf of the Administrator.

If you have a valid/operational account with Crowdoscope we do not delete the data in your account – you are responsible for and control the time periods for which you retain this data. If you are a Participant, you will need to ask the Administrator how long your responses will be stored in Crowdoscope services. For expired accounts Crowdoscope’s Standard Data Retention Policy will apply.

  1. Who is my data controller?

As mentioned above – all response data at an individual level is controlled by the Administrator. Crowdoscope can be a data controller of data about Participants only in the very limited ways described in the section above called “How we use the information we collect – Participants”. To the extent that is the case the data controller is Crowdoscope Ltd.
